Purchases

Purchases are allowed by credit card. You may sign up and then enroll for a course and make a payment online. You may also call in at our US phone number and provide you credit card details to get enrolled for a course. In the latter case, our service desk agent will register you for the course by creating a login id and a temporary password for you.

As a security measure, we never store credit card details in our database or on any paper file.

Refunds

You may request a full refund on any instructor-led course before the start of the course or within seven days after the start of the course. No refunds are possible on self-paced courses. You can submit a refund request at our Support page. Your case will be evaluated. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that it is a violation of our Terms and Conditions, such as abuse of copyright or illegal use of our educational material.

All decisions on refunds are made by the Hadoop Express will be final.
